SHIPPING POLICY

What does it cost
​

Orders over $150 (or 2 Cases) are FREE to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and ACT. 

​

Orders under $150 for Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and ACT are a flat rate of $10 for one case (12) and $5 for a four pack.

​

Delivery to Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territories and Tasmania is currently unavailable.

We provide a wide range of shipping methods for our customers all over Australia. Your delivery provider is customised based on the fastest delivery times and the most cost-effective rate.

Do you have to be over 18 to order?
​

YES! Due to liquor licensing rules, please make sure that a person over the age of 18 is home to receive the order. Unfortunately, we can’t leave deliveries at PO Boxes, nor can we leave them unattended - so make sure that you follow the tracking and that someone is at the delivery address to collect it on your delivery day.

If you are not home when your delivery arrives, you will be left a notification (in your letterbox or under the door). You will then be able to arrange redelivery or collection from the courier.

By purchasing alcoholic kombucha and merchandise through our online store, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. By using our website, you are indicating that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to follow them. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and we encourage you to review them each time you place an online order.

How can I track my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of being received.

​

You will be able to track your order as soon as it is picked up by our courier provider and is on its way to you. You will receive the tracking information in an email when this happens.

What do I do if the order is incorrect or damaged?
​

Where possible please notify the courier when it is delivered and ask them to return it to sender. Send us a photo immediately via email info@cheekygoatco.com - we will resend your order.

What to do if I want to change or cancel my order?
​

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the address online or cancel. 

​

The fastest and best way to update an address or change anything on your order is sending us an email at info@cheekygoatco.com and we'll do our best to help you out.

​

If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the receiver to organise the address change directly with the courier. A change of address fee might be charged by the courier service to the receiver.

What is our refund policy?
​

We don’t offer returns unless your product has arrived damaged. Please see our Refund Policy .

If this is the case, please notify the courier when it is delivered, ask them to return it to Sender and send us a photo, immediately via email info@cheekygoatco.com We will resend your order.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to/or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor License No. LIQW880015645
